Description

Many excellent bows, like their instrument counterparts (e.g. Strad copies), bear the names of famous masters, such as this bow stamped ‘Voirin’. These were not intended to deceive, indeed these stamps and labels were an homage.

This lovely bow comprises a round pernambuco stick with silver mounted plain ebony frog with three piece adjuster of silver/ebony/silver.

It has a good grip on the strings and produces a powerful rich tone; it bears excellent legato with clean articulation and will work well with both light and higher tension strings.
