Larsen fractional cello strings are purpose designed, perfectly proportioned versions of the full size originals. These strings offer affordable strings for smaller instruments without compromising the original Larsen sound.

The G & C are particularly responsive for small scale cello strings while the A & D deliver the famous Larsen warmth of tone.

The Larsen fractional A and D have a high grade steel core wound in stainless steel flat wire, while G and C are based on a concentric multi-stranded steel core wound with high grade tungsten.
