The Orana Gold violins are made from solid tonewood with well flamed maple back, sides and neck and a nice, even grained tonewood top plate.

The varnish is applied in an attractive shaded pattern and is tough enough to withstand normal student use.

The tuning pegs and fingerboard are of ebony.
