Description

The “Pietro Novani” name does not appear in any reference works, but the brand is known to have been available from Allan’s music in the 1940s and so it’s possible that it was their house brand.

This beautiful violin with its highly figured one piece back has a bright sound with a quick response and good articulation. It is evenly balanced, rewarding the player with good volume and resonance.
